Shipping policy

Courier Delivery:

• We utilize trusted courier partners (e.g., The Courier Guy, Fastway) to deliver directly to your door.

• PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes; a physical street address is required.

• Insurance: All orders dispatched are insured. If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, we will replace or refund the order at our discretion.

• Inspection: Please verify the contents and condition of your package in the presence of the courier driver. If an item is damaged, report it immediately to info@thegpushop.com. Liability ends once a clean signature is obtained from the consignee.
