Refund policy
1. Stock and Order Confirmation
Most items listed on this website are ordered from our suppliers as orders are placed. While we constantly update the site's prices and stock levels, pricing and stock availability are subject to change by our suppliers.

Payment: Please wait for an order confirmation email before making payment to ensure stock is secured.

Lead Times: Estimated delivery times will be communicated to you. Fully assembled PCs may require longer lead times for assembly and testing.

Substitutions: Should an item be out of stock, we will contact you to offer a substitute, place the item on backorder, or refund you.
2. Payment

We accept payment via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or Cash Deposit.

Orders are processed with suppliers only once proof of payment is received and cleared in our bank account.

Payment must be made within 48 hours of placing the order, or the order may be cancelled.
3. Delivery Policy
Courier Delivery:

We utilize trusted courier partners (e.g., The Courier Guy, Fastway) to deliver directly to your door.

PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes; a physical street address is required.

Insurance: All orders dispatched are insured. If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, we will replace or refund the order at our discretion.

Inspection: Please verify the contents and condition of your package in the presence of the courier driver. If an item is damaged, report it immediately to
info@thegpushop.com. Liability ends once a clean signature is obtained from the consignee.
Collection:

Clients may collect orders from our premises at

Please wait for a "Ready for Collection" notification (SMS/Email) before arriving. There is typically a 1-3 business day waiting period after payment for stock to arrive at our premises.
4. Returns Policy (CPA Compliant)
7-Day Return Window: If you are not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping costs.

Unopened: Full refunds are issued for sealed, unopened products.

Opened: A re-stocking fee of up to 25% may be charged for opened products. Goods must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and fit for resale.

Software: Software and consumables cannot be returned if opened.
How to Return: Products must be carefully packed. The customer is responsible for insuring returned items. The GPU Shop (Pty) Ltd is not liable for items damaged during return shipping.
5. Warranty and Replacements

Standard Warranty: All products are covered by the manufacturer's original warranty (minimum 1 year unless stated otherwise).

DOA (Dead on Arrival): If a product is faulty within 30 days of delivery, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item at our expense and provide a replacement or refund.

Warranty Claims (After 30 Days): For faulty items after 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will cover the shipping cost of sending the repaired/replaced item back to the customer.
